Advanced "online" spectro-densitometric Closed Cycle System for the control and analysis of the offset printing process

The system provides advanced control of print control in the following areas:
- Management, control, and calibration of PRESETTING.
- Customized for each printing unit on the press.
- Connectivity with prepress through *.ppf, jdf, pdf, TIFF 1bit, and cip files.
- Spectro-densitometric measurement equipment for continuous scanning of the printing control strip.
- SpectroJet - SpectroDens: Manual scroll scanning / SpectroDrive: Motorized automatic scanning.
- Management and control of the process through the software modules for the measurement and analysis of the information of the printing control strips and of specific measurements in any area of the printed sheet.
Techkon SpectroConnect, Techkon Expresso, or InkZone Move software.
"Online" connection via an interface to the control desk, which allows the control of the ink keys of each printing body in a dynamic way, synchronized with each measurement of the Techkon instrument.
The software modules included allowing the reception of CIP3 or CIP4 files to facilitate machine start-up, with the corresponding calibration and modulation of openings based on the behavior of each printing body and the different substrates used in printing.
