Payment Methods

ENVOL GRAPHIC, S.L. offers its customers the possibility to choose between several different payment methods:

Credit card:

If you choose this payment method, you will enter the secure website of our financial institution, where you will be asked for your card number and expiration date.

For your peace of mind, our financial institution guarantees absolute security, since both your personal data and your card data are encrypted thanks to the secure SSL server provided.

Your credit card details are not recorded in any database, but go directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

Likewise, at no time ENVOL GRAPHIC, S.L. You receive your card details, only the confirmation of your payment.

PayPal

Cash on delivery (only for Spain):

You will receive your order at the chosen address and you must make the payment to the carrier that delivers it. A minimum of €2 will be charged for Cash on Delivery Expenses and from there 6% of the total invoice will be applied.

Wire transfer:

You can make a deposit or bank transfer from your own bank to the account that our company has opened for this purpose. To expedite the delivery of your order, you must send us proof of your payment by e-mail to envol@envolgraphic.com or by fax to 938605496. It is essential that you indicate the number of your order when making the transfer in order to identify your payment.

Prices and shipping

The prices of the services or products shown on www.envolgraphic.com do not include 21% VAT or shipping costs. The published prices are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale.

Delivery times

Unless stocks run out, orders will be shipped immediately and you will have the product within 24-48 hours.

If you want your order to be sent by a specific transport agency, please notify us via e-mail and we will gladly attend to your particular case.

The indicated delivery times are for guidance only and ENVOL GRAPHIC, S.L. he will endeavor to respect them; however, as it is a service offered by third parties, its delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
